Role Purpose
To provide leadership to the team, ensuring all team members are working towards achieving team and individual targets as well as acting as a primary contact for Under £1m & Online clients, executing client orders, and maintaining and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Maximise Trading Income

  • Execute client instructions to buy and sell currencies
  • Focus on profit maximisation
  • Ensure team targets set by management are achieved
  • Ensure personal targets set by management are achieved 

Ensure team KPIs are achieved

  • Adhere to Moneycorp’s contact strategy by providing a minimum level of contact of at least once per month with each of our corporate clients
  • Build strong personal and business relationships within an agreed portfolio of clients

Provide the Highest Level of Service

  • Assist clients by providing them with a range of hedging strategies provided by Moneycorp
  • Provide clients with up to date market commentary on a regular basis

Ensure the Highest Level of Professionalism and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate data input on both dealing and CRM systems
  • Managing client complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain records of all client contact including telephone calls, inbound or outbound written contact
  • Ensure Company procedures and high standards are followed at all times. With particular focus upon KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow up calls
  • Be aware of Anti-Money Laundering procedures and report any suspicious transactions
  • Manage any process changes including such things as MiFID2 and any other regulatory updates

People Management

  • Day to day management of team
  • Lead by example to ensure good work practices and high standards are adhered to by the team
  • Work closely with individual team members to ensure consistently high team performance and adherence to accepted processes
  • Training for existing and new team members
  • Ensure effective communication within the team e.g. feedback sessions and team briefings
  • Produce necessary reports to manage the teams core metrics and KPI’s to include turnover, activity and retention

 

What we're looking for

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in foreign exchange markets
  • Market, risk and business awareness
  • Knowledge of markets, products and services
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations
  • People Management Skills
  • Working within a multichannel pressurized environment
  • Understanding and application of derivatives – desirable
  • CF30 qualification is desirable

Education:

  • CF30 – desirable
  • 2:1 or above from top 50 University - desirable
